Highest availability of (plant) technology and SAP applications is a central requirement in the areas of warehousing, manufacturing, transportation and automation. Many IGZ customers therefore now place their SAP solutions for logistics and production in the reliable hands of our IGZ Customer Services (ICS). With the FFS concept "Fit for Service", IGZ also equips our customers' IT organization to ensure maximum availability of logistics systems and SAP systems together with IGZ's tailor-made service and support.

Especially for highly automated systems in logistics and production, our customers demand service level agreements with professional all-round carefree service. At IGZ, you will find a central point of contact who will develop a customized service concept for your SAP logistics software and implement the service as a professional partner.

In order to continuously improve our service portfolio with regard to changing customer requirements, we offer cyclical feedback meetings in which service cases that have already been processed are evaluated and discussed over a defined period of time and any necessary measures for optimizing the service concept are developed.

You can reach your IGZ service specialist directly via our ICS hotline, who is very familiar with the individual features of your implemented solution and can provide you with targeted advice without any further loss of time.

Details OnSite-Service This service offering refers to the long-term deployment of a service team deployed by IGZ to provide system support for logistics systems. The team takes over the maintenance of the logistics system for IGZ customers as well as carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs, among other things. You can define the scope of the services individually and determine them together with us.

Details Incident Management Service level agreements (SLAs) serve to maintain system availability and document the agreed quality of the services to be provided within a defined time window. In order to be able to react quickly and accurately to customer-specific requirements in the event of an acute incident, we offer appropriate incident management with our IGZ Customer Service (ICS).

Details Problem Management Like incident management, problem management is a service management process within the ITIL methodology (IT Infrastructure Library). In contrast to incident management, however, it does not address acute incidents or faults, but offers a comprehensive, standardized catalog of measures to identify and permanently eliminate sources of problems.
